Where is the Customer Service?

Lack of assistance even when I asked for it! One of my items rang up incorrectly and when I asked the clerk at self check out if she could check the price she said I don't know. I asked again and she just looked at me and said I'm not sure and just stood there. She did not ask for someone else to assist, she just slowly walked away from me. So I went to the garden department myself and brought back the actual ticket that was stapled on the item that showed the correct price. Ridiculous!

Went to sandy springs Home Depot on Memorial Day, employees were very friendly. Older gentleman name Bill helped me buy my new refrigerator and dishwasher. Very satisfied.

Came in a panic re car fob battery died on a Sat evening. Live alone, no man in my life currently. Had made calls to AAA, AutoZone, etc, littke help or closed. Shaun was very polite & helpful! Most appreciated it. Got my battery- you had it and he explained how to replace it.

Don't ask for help - it won't go well

I needed a faucet from a high shelf and two employees I asked would not help me. One told me to walk to the front of the store (from the back where I was at) to ask customer service to page someone. Apparently employees cannot do this. One told me she was not going that way! Let's be clear - I wanted to make a purchase so shouldn't that be a top priority? Home Depot used to be about service, now the employees at this store seem indifferent and bothered when you ask for help. Apparently there was no one in plumbing that day so paging someone was also useless.
