I love this dispo because it's in my way home from my graduate campus. Jessica was very friendly and welcoming, and quick to pack up my order. This location has wonderful staff who work hard to make sure you go home happy. Thank you! 🙂

Was in the area with some buddies that decided to check Verilife. Francisco took care of us and was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered any questions we had. Made our first time visit feel welcome and definitely has us going back soon. If you ever stop and Francisco is on shift, make sure to speak with him and he will definitely make your visit welcomed and smooth.

Highly recommend! First time at this location, the whole process was smooth, and the customer service was fabulous. I was helped by Deanna, she was so friendly and gave me a lot of good info on what I was buying, plus some great recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

I just recently purchased a few 1g magnitude carts from Verilife and had an issue with one leaking out of the bottom vents. I went to the website and emailed the customer service email that was posted online, followed up a few days later with a phone call to be told by the employee that I have to send the request to a different email address that I couldn’t find posted on their website, I checked under the contact us link with just receiving the same info of that old customer service email that I guess is no longer being monitored. Either way I sent a new email to address that I was provided, waited a few days with no response and then decided to call again to ask for the manager. Talked to Brandon he was super nice helpful and offered to have me come in the same day for a replacement, drove in showed him the picture and my receipt he provided the replacement which I am very appreciative of.My frustrations here are the fact that the website is misleading with the cs Verilife email address and the fact that I had sent a few follow ups with no response. All I received was an automated email stating that my response was received and I will be responded to in a prompt manner but revived nothing until following up again via phone call again.Great place great products great workers, I just need a bit more information on the website regarding returns on faulty or bad products. If I struggled this much with it I can only imagine others are experiencing the same.

I had a great experience at Verilife with Franny! He had such a warm & positive demeanor, was knowledgeable and helpful with choosing products, and was nice to chat with. I like this location a lot, and am excited to visit again soon!

Franny was my GO TOO! He was awesome at helping me when I had questions and he knew exactly what it was that I needed and was looking for. Besides being great at his job he was awesome to talk to and extremely social and friendly. I will come back just to see him and try new things through him! Go check this place out and look for Franny I promise it’s worth it.

Went into the store last week and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Franny helped me out and am very satisfied with what I got. Awesome costumer service. Great little spot!

Great experience coming in here. Was passing through town and decided to stop in. Wasn’t really sure what I wanted but Franny helped me pick a few great items. He took into consideration what I wanted and helped me sort through the wide selection of products they offer. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Went on opening day, waited over 8 hours in the cold, they almost closed before we finally got in. I looked passed that since it was their first day. Been back twice since and it still sucks. Budtenders were nice, but the parking is terrible, the flow of shopping is slow, and the store is uninviting. I drive further for smoother operations and better facilities.

This was my first time here and it’s the Best prices for Vape cartridges I could find all around. Little FYI: Parking for recreational users is across the street. I parked in front of the other stores where I don’t think is allowed but a kind security guard out front directed me and told me for next time. Maddie took care of my transaction and she signed me up for their loyalty program because I will be back.

I’m a repeat customer. I’ve gone in and had Ann help me at the ID check area and at the register. Check-in she’s always pleasant and makes me feel welcome. Register she helps me pick the best products for my needs. Definitely recommend this place as they make you feel welcome. Especially Ann.

Huge thanks to Maddie for her kind communication with me at checkout. Her smile really brightened up my day and her info about price match has definitely won me over as a customer to this location. When we had a problem with the battery, we returned to the store later in the day and was helped out by the amazing Carlos. The entire verilife team at this location goes beyond expectations to make sure that their customers are happy; they are knowledgeable of the current laws and have truly helped me to have a great weekend when I thought all was lost! Got the best people working here! Huge thumbs up to the whole staff. I always look forward to seeing Chris, my favorite person there, who is dope as hell. He always brightens my day with his good energy. Always takes enough time to help customers and explain everything. I like seeing people with high levels of empathy, like Chris, working in customer service in dispensaries. These are the type of people who will bridge the knowledge gap about marijuana with the older generations, which will break down the walls of stigma around marijuana use. I am very familiar with the extreme importance and value of medical marijuana use, and I also think that its recreational use is better for society than alcohol use. One of the most important missing pieces in this puzzle of legalization, is education. Because we got people like Chris, we got good people on the ground doing good work with the public everyday, just by being nice to people, taking the time to talk to them in a kind way, and most importantly, advising them on how to make the right choices for THEM regarding their purchases. This is how you make change in the world. This is the way, people. Thanks Chris for looking out for your customers and trying to make a positive impact on the world 🙂

Chris was helping me today. He was absolutely the best. Having some problems with my pin on my card, but he and I suffered through and reined victory when the card terminal chimed. He's a cool guy, everybody needs to be like Chris. He sent me on my way with a happy holidays, a fist bump and a smile. Thank you Chris. I WILL be coming back. I always have such a good experience when I come here, but my last 2 visits I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Chris. He is always so cheerful and seems to really enjoy his job which makes the experience so much better! I look forward to seeing him next time!

Today was my first time ever visiting a dispensary. The first person I interacted with her name is Lauren. Lauren was so energetic and helpful. She made me feel like I belonged there and that was a really good feeling. The Customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. The second person I interacted with I believe her name is Haley and she was really awesome. I am very much looking forward to my next trip just to interact with them again. And the fact that they are both cute helped a lot.

Everytime Gabbie waits on me I have a good experience. She is highly competent, always smiles and is a great salesperson. She definitely deserves a raise!

Hello, this is a late review but I wanted to recognize particularly Chris and Olivia for helping me not only with navigating the items/sales but also helping me out with a dollar that I was short on. Came in with insomnia problems and low appetite. Luckily Carlos came to the rescue and put me on the right path. Not only was he super friendly, resourceful but also plenty of knowledge on what he was talking about. Thanks Carlos I finally got a good 7-8hr sleep! Keep up the great work!
