@optimum I got Optimum’s best internet package to replace Verizon. No internet at all. It was never turned on. Customer Service 45min to 2 hr wait times for 48hrs straight. I’m calling optimum tomorrow to get their crap out of my home. I will not be treated this way!!!

@optimum is the worse internet service in the country. For 2 years they have been breach of contract. Promised 400 MBps & provide 30-85 MBpS. Would give me a credit of $600 but I’d have to sign a NDA. Again their system is down tonight. Total BS

@optimum Seriously you have a good product but your infrastructure and customer service needs attention. The infrastructure in our town is old and outdated this came from one of your service technicians
