Very disappointed with @optimum and their customer service. Appointments shouldn’t be scheduled at certain times if technicians won’t show up. The optimum representatives are also no help & rude. I need strong internet as a teacher. What internet service should I switch to?

Hey @optimum, what do I have to do to speak to a supervisor that knows what they are talking about after 2 months of daily phone calls and wrong information from support members and other supervisors with conflicting information? It’s been 5 days since I was told I’d get a call.

@OptimumHelp No one showed up in 2 10-8pm appointments and I was waiting for the whole day. Even today someone showed up and they couldn’t fix it. Not sure how many more days this ordeal will take

@OptimumHelp Two appointments were given for 12/24 and 12/26 and no one showed up. I waited for the whole day till 8 pm. And today on 12/26, someone showed up but couldn’t fix it. And now customer care also not clearly able to say who can fix.

@OptimumHelp I’m paying about 150 a month for Optimum high speed internet. The system has been down since last Saturday. Has been called in several times. Amazingly poor customer service! 6 days! I work out of my house, time to change providers- apparently.

@optimum My internet has been off since 12/15. Someone backed into a line and cut it. The line has been laying in the road. Every time I call, I'm told I don't know and offered no information on when it'll be fixed. When someone does "try to help" they never call back.
